He specializes in sports rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and return-to-sport progressions, with hands-on clinical experience spanning outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and high-volume sports caseloads. Outside the clinic, Brandon coaches youth soccer with the Seattle Sounders organization and holds certifications as a personal trainer and USAWL-1 weightlifting coach — bringing a performance-oriented mindset to everything he does.
Megan Dailey, PT, DPT

Dr. Megan Dailey earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Oregon State University, following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Washington State University. With a lifelong passion for movement and a background in competitive sports including soccer, skiing, and gymnastics, her journey into physical therapy was a natural extension of her commitment to health and performance.

Andy Mai, PT, DPT

Dr. Andy Mai, a physical therapist at our Seattle location, specializes in treating runners of all levels and analyzing running gait. Farzana Mohamedali, PT, DPT

Farzana earned both her Doctor of Physical Therapy and her degree in biology and physiology at the University of Washington. Her clinical training ran the full width of the field, from inpatient neurological rehab to post-op orthopedics to a rotation in Truckee, California treating skiers, snowboarders, and cyclists with force plate and strength testing to guide return to sport. She treats in English, Spanish, and Gujarati, so more patients get care in the language they think in. Outside the clinic she is a former co-captain of the UW Sailing Team, a certified sailing instructor, and has summited every volcano in Washington.

With a background in combat sports and strength training, he emphasizes patient education, self-efficacy, and active treatment strategies.
Rachel Nilsson, PT, DPT

Dr. Rachel Nilsson, director of operations, earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Baylor University. A former collegiate softball player, her passion for athletics and personal experience with injuries led her to physical therapy. She specializes in orthopedic and sports rehab, treating acute injuries, post-surgical recovery, and sports injuries. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her husband, son, and two dogs.

She is specially certified in LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s treatment , as well as the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and SFMA. With a diverse professional history that includes international teaching and academic leadership , Tara is committed to empowering patients through movement, education, and evidence-based performance training.

I co-founded HIDEF in 2019 with Mitch Harb to bring high-level sports physical therapy to the greater Seattle area. As a lifelong athlete, I saw the need for a rehab space dedicated to active individuals. I specialize in orthopedic and sports rehab, injury prevention, and performance training, working with athletes from high school to the professional level. My approach combines manual therapy, corrective exercise, and strength training to help people recover and take control of their health.
Becca Shoemaker PT, DPT

Dr. Becca Shoemaker is an experienced physical therapist at HIDEF's Renton clinic, treating sports injuries, post-operative recovery, acute pain, and chronic conditions. Her approach centers on open communication, shared decision making, and individualized plans built around each patient's goals.
Before joining HIDEF Physical Therapy, Becca spent over five years in outpatient orthopedics in the Seattle area, most recently as Clinic Manager on Mercer Island, where she led staff, mentored new PTs, and served as a clinical instructor for student physical therapists.

He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and completed a prestigious sports residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and IMG Academy. Specializing in ACL rehab, knee tendonitis, lumbar disc injuries, and sports injuries, Tony emphasizes patient-centered care, injury prevention, and return-to-sport performance.
Steven Solomon, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS

Dr. Steven Solomon is a board certified sports physical therapist at our Covington clinic. A former competitive soccer athlete, goalkeeping coach, and strength and conditioning specialist, Steven’s own injuries inspired him to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis. He completed his sports residency at the University of Delaware, working with NCAA Division 1 soccer and swim teams, as well as athletes across basketball, baseball, volleyball, rowing, lacrosse, rugby, and hockey. He has also treated elite performers from the NFL, MLS, and U.S. Special Operations.

Dr. Caitlin is a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist, a credential fewer than two percent of physical therapists hold. She earned it the hard way, completing a full sports residency after her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of South Carolina, then spent years as a clinic director mentoring other clinicians in the Puget Sound area. She is endorsed by Washington State in spinal manipulation and treats everything from concussion return to play to running mechanics to the barbell athlete. A lifelong swimmer, volleyball player, and coach, Caitlin has been on the other side of the return to sport conversation.
