Leigh brings a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to her practice, blending advanced manual techniques with personalized movement protocols. Her clinical focus includes:
Sports Orthopedics: Extensive experience managing complex surgical recoveries, including ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, and total joint arthroplasties.
Advanced Modalities: Certified in ICE Dry Needling (Upper, Lower, and Advanced) and trained in laser therapy, cupping, IASTM, and kinesio tapping.
A Holistic, Movement-First Philosophy
With a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Physiology from the University of Colorado and a background as the Vice President of a Club Triathlon team, Leigh understands the demands of high-level activity. She is also a RunDNA Level 1 Endurance Running Coach and has completed DONA Doula Birth Training, allowing her to support her patients through every stage of their athletic and reproductive journeys.
Whether she is helping a patient return to competitive sports or navigating the physical transitions of motherhood, Leigh is committed to delivering exceptional, collaborative care that empowers patients to reach their functional goals safely and effectively.
