Physical Therapy Pricing
We know pricing in medicine can be unclear, so we want to try and make it as transparent as possible.

For In-Network Insurances we collect an estimate based on your specific plan. Each plan is unique but below are the basics for the different types of plans.

1- On- 1 care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
45 minute appointments
Personalized recovery plan
Access to our online exercise software for your custom home exercise program
2-way communication with your therapist between appointments
Co-Pay Plans
For plans with co-pays, you will pay a fixed rate per visit. This is usually between $20-$50.

For deductible plans, you must pay towards your deductible until it is met, then your co-insurance kicks in. ​For those with deductibles, we estimate:
$195 for the initial evaluation and
$135 for follow up visits.
This will vary based on your insurances contracted rate.

For those who choose not to use their insurance or do not have insurance we have self pay rates.
Initial Evaluation: $195
Follow up:
$155 single visit
$145 / visit for package of 5
$135 / visit for package of 10
