Brandon Seed, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy | Covington
Dr. Brandon Seed grew up in the Pacific Northwest and earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science from Western Washington University, followed by his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Moravian University. Before ever stepping into a PT clinic as a clinician, he spent years working alongside therapists and athletes — building a firsthand understanding of what recovery actually looks like from the ground up.
Brandon's clinical training spans outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and sports rehabilitation, with a particular focus on return-to-sport outcomes and functional recovery. He's worked with athletes at every level, and his approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, individualized care, and the kind of direct communication that actually moves people forward in their recovery.
Outside the clinic, Brandon coaches youth soccer with the Seattle Sounders organization and holds certifications as a personal trainer and USAWL-1 weightlifting coach — which means when he talks to you about strength and movement, he's drawing from experience that goes well beyond the clinic walls.
Brandon is passionate about helping people get back to doing the things they love, and he brings the energy, preparation, and attention to detail that HIDEF patients have come to expect.
