Introducing our new Renton location

If you want to be the best, you gotta surround yourself with the best!

Starting Nov 1st HIDEF will add another location inside the legendary Vigor Ground.

Vigor is hands down one of the top gyms in the country and we’re honored to be a part of it.

I’ve been coming to Vigor for years to learn from the goat Luka Hocevar , so this really is a dream collab!

Super excited to serve the Vigor Ground Fitness community and to bring HIDEF physical therapy to Renton!

Lot of work to be done but the work is all we know!
