Here are our favorite tips to make meal prep less of a chore!
Air fryer-the meal prep cheat code! It doesn’t even feel right sometimes the things I do in an air fryer. Set yourself up for meal prep success and get one.
Only prep protein- focus on the big rocks and only prep your protein for the week. You’ll save time on Sundays and will make your life much easier during the week.
Get seasoning blends- recipes with 10 different spices freak me TF out. Find a blend that you like and cover your protein in it. Easier and less expensive.
Frozen veggies- you have your protein prepped, so heat up some frozen veggies to eat on the side. Getting them frozen gives you some flexibility during the week and assures it won’t go bad.
