Katie is a Nutritional Coaching Institute Certified Nutrition Coach. Her passion is sharing information to help educate people on how to develop a healthy mindset and connection with nutrition and fitness that empowers them to make genuine, sustainable change.
Four years ago, Katie realized just how important nutrition was to her. She found that she had let her own health slide while trying to maintain working 40+ hours a week in the health field, being a full-time student, and trying to fit in time for her workouts. She felt anxious most of her days and her recent
weight gain only caused her anxiety to worsen. Katie decided enough was enough and put herself first again. She took a demotion at work to cut hours and dove into nutrition. When friends noticed Katie’s transformation, they started asking for help. It was then she decided that a career in nutrition and fitness was what she wanted to pursue.
Overall health is a journey and Katie believes that nutrition and fitness are
the keys to unlocking your full potential.
